1 Corinthians 12:2, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
The time for change is here and now. Make up in your mind that NOW is the time for change. This page is dedicated to the saving of souls from eternal damnation. You don’t need to wait until church to receive salvation from God. So one may ask what do I need to do to be saved? Believe, confess, repent and be baptized. A simple plan of salvation looks like this:
God I come to you in the name of Jesus. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His blood on the cross and died for my sins and I am willing to acknowledge to you that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I lived and need your forgiveness.
You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.
I confess Jesus as my Lord and Savior and plan to repent or turn away from my old ways with your help. Baptism is the washing away of my sins by your blood and I will be baptized in the name of Jesus as a sign of my salvation and cleansing.
Now that you have done the first part which is say the prayer of salvation, you need to follow up with a couple of things. 1) you need to find a church that will baptize you in the name of Jesus for the remission of your sins, 2) Receive the baptism by fire which is the receiving of the Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking in other tongues, 3) Find a church that has a new believer’s class or a training for those that are newly converted into Christ and receive foundational and biblical training so that you may grow.
